Train Walks raise money for people affected by autism
The National Autistic Society and Thomas & Friends™ are chuffed to announce the return of our family-fun sponsored walks for summer 2010. Departing from locations across the UK from 21-24 May, Train Walks are a great day out for a great cause, so hop on board today to find out more.
Money raised from Train Walks will be helping The National Autistic Society to support people with autism of all ages in your local area, so what are you waiting for. You and your family could join a walk taking place near you, or register to organise your very own. What’s more however, you choose to get involved we’ll be there to support you every step of the way with helpful tips and information – so let the fun begin.
We’d also like to say a BIG thank you to all our event organisers and participants who helped to make last year’s walks a real success. Just under £70,000 was raised to support our work with those affected by autism - and we look forward to setting a new record in 2010.
