About the Train Walk
Train Walk is The National Autistic Society's sponsored walk for families. The money you raise by taking part will help us to support people affected by autism in your local area. Whether you choose to organise your own event or get involved with one taking place at a location near you, you'll be helping us to make a real difference to people's lives.
The distance of the walk is chosen by the event organiser to suit the ages and abilities of the children taking part, and they can take place just about anywhere: in your local park, playground, playing field or other suitable locations.
The majority of events will be taking place from 21-24 May 2010, but some may be planned for alternative dates at the discretion of the walk organiser.
